Let's Talk Jávea (LTJ) is is not just about talking. LTJ can lead to action as well! Our next meeting is as above. Come along and help us lead from the front!

Interested in what’s going on (or not going on!) in Javea? Like to put your point of view across? Then why not come and join our friendly group and find out what your local Jávea town councillors are getting up to in the old town, the port, and the Arenal. We discuss ideas about how we would like to see the development of Jávea in terms of the Strategic Plan and Town Plan to which the new administration (June 2011) are committed, so that Jávea continues to be a place where we can all experience a clean and healthy environment, with leisure and social activities for all.

We have chosen to come here to enjoy our retirement, so let’s make sure we keep Jávea the beautiful place that we fell in love with, here on the Costa Blanca.

In April, the LTJ group assembled as usual in the lounge of the Parador hotel. Due to Easter and consecutive U3A lunches and a lot else, we were hardly a quorum, so only scratched the surface of road matters 'out in the sticks'. The nearby Scrabble ladies then left, for us to decide that the next LTJ session would be on Wednesday May 9th at 5pm in the Parador lounge. Please come along if you would wish to dig more deeply into Jávea matters.
