Crockery and Cutlery for hire

Jávea U3A has purchased 90 place settings of plates and cutlery and these items are available for hire by Jávea U3A members. For events being held for Charity on behalf of Jávea U3A then no charge will be made for the loan of the equipment.

Other non Jávea U3A fund raising organisations may also hire the equipment at a flat rate of 35 Euros per event.

The set consistis of Large Oval Dinner Plates, Small Oval Side Plates and Shallow Round Dessert Bowls in melamine. Also 90 Place settings consisting of 90 of each Dinner Knives, Dinner Forks, Dessert Spoons and Teaspoons, all in stainless steel.

The above items are available for hire by Javea U3A members at the following rates. For events being held for Charity on behalf of Javea U3A then no charge will be made for the loan of the equipment.

Hire Rates

Terms and Conditions.

1. To book the above equipment then email enquiries@u3ajavea.org giving at least 14 days notice.

2. Payment to be made upon collection of equipment, a deposit of 20 Euros is required regardless of quantities hired.

3. Equipment to be returned as agreed at time of booking, but no later than three days after the event.

4. All items to be returned clean and dried, failure to do so will result in a charge of 10 Euros.

5. A charge of 2 Euros per item will be made for damaged or missing items.

6. A set consists of one dinner plate, one side plate, one dessert bowl, one dinner knife, one dinner fork, one dessert spoon and on teaspoon. The above charges apply regardless of whether a part or whole set is required.

7. Other non Jávea U3A fund raising organisations may hire the equipment regardless of sets required at a flat rate of 30 Euros per event.
