The main purpose of the U3A is to encourage lifelong learning and friendship for those no longer in full time employment, by providing Educational, Recreational and Leisure Activities for its members.

We hold a monthly meeting, at 11:00am on the last Wednesday of most months in the Jávea Parador Hotel (see the Diary Dates page). All Jávea U3A members are welocme to attend (arrive between 9:45 and 10:45). The meeting enables members to meet the committee and activity group leaders and to discuss any questions and issues.

We aim to organise a guest speaker for each meeting. Please note that this meeting is restricted to members only. Regrettably, lack of space does not permit the attendance of friends or guests at this event.
